Maniac
Over the years, we’ve found small lots of grapes within the vineyard that are simply excellent quality. Sometimes it’s just 3 vines on a spot of granite, or a head-trained vine on red clay. We decided to process these grapes separately and see what we could achieve. There were a lot of failures along the way, but we also found aspects that we found interesting enough to bottle as a separate wine. Maniac is a selection of these selections.
