Syrah has always been the heart of Polkura. Over time, we planted varieties like Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot to sell grapes to other wineries. Due to their quality, in 2015 we were able to reduced delivering grapas and began using them ourselves. Each year we make a different blend depending on what we have available, and no vintage is ever the same.
