Polkura Syrah

POLKURA is the name of a small hill where the vineyard is planted. The name means “yellow stone” in the antient Mapuche language, making reference to the large amount of yellow granite combined with clay soils in the area. Decomposed granite provides minerality and elegance, while clay adds body and structure. The moderate climate contributes fruit and spice, resulting in a balanced and complex wine.
