GSM refers to the varieties Grenache, Syrah, and Mourvèdre, a blend commonly used in different parts of the world. The “T” stands for Tempranillo, which is not commonly included with these varieties. The three were planted in a small block for experimentation, alongside our main variety, Syrah. Grenache brings the fruit, Syrah the texture, Mourvèdre the backbone, and Tempranillo brings it all together.
