Aylin comes from the Leyda area in the San Antonio Valley, near the Pacific Ocean. Cool climate and marine influence make it ideal for Sauvignon Blanc.

Aylin means “Clarity and transparency” is the meaning of its name in the antient Mapuche language. That is what we sought: a vibrant wine with strong minerality and a clear sense of origin.
